| Horses are unpredictable, be prepared for anything. | |

1. Board is due on the 1st of every month, no exceptions. 2. Calumet Run is open 7 days a week from 8 am to 8 pm. 3. No smoking permitted on property ay any time. 4. No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the property at any time. 5. All riders, grooms, trainers, employees, etc will sign a riding release to work around the farm and horses. 6. No parking on any grass. 7. No dogs are permitted on the property. 8. No trailer parking is available. 9. Feeding is done twice a day, unless other arrangements are negotiated. 10. All feeding will be done by Calumet Run employees or owner of Calumet Run. 11. There is a required regular worming schedule that is in place. All horses on the property will be wormed every 6-8 weeks no exceptions. 12. No stallions are permitted on the property. 13. Horse owners will supply their own supplements, and Calumet Run will feed at no charge to the owner. 14. 1st round of er care for your horse that can be taken care of with 1st aid products on the farm is free. Every time aid is required a $5.00 charge will be charged to the owner. (Example: your horse requires 10 SMZ’s every am and pm for 10 days. $10.00 will be charged per day for that care.) 15. Blanketing, fly masks, fly spraying, flysheets are to be applied or taken off by the owner. If owner cannot do Calumet Run has the right to charge owner for that added expense. $5.00 each time. 16. Horses will not be turned out with halters 17. An adult must always be with children under that age of 18. 18. Horse owners must provide emergency contacts. 19. All horses pictures will be taken the minute they arrive to board along with the truck & trailer that hauled them in. Owner MUST be present at time of delivery to verify disposition of horse. Same applies when the horses leave the property to not return. 20. Always make sure fence is plugged in and lights are off. 21. If you or your horse breaks anything, pls notify the management so we can replace it. 22. No horse will be groomed in the field. Crossties are provided in the barn, use them. 23. No horse will be tied to any gate, tree, fence etc. 24. Horse owners are responsible for their own vet and farrier fees and holding appts. Calumet Run charges $5.00 for holding for the vet & farrier. 25. All pasture horses have run in sheds. 26. Management and employees will feed grain and hay. Owners do not have the right to feed extra hay or grain. 27. Do not feed treats to horses that do not belong to you. 28. Owners do not have the right to catch their horse by using Calumet Run grain. 29. If you make a mess, clean it up. (i.e manure, hair from grooming) 30. All riders are riding at their own risk. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED YOU RIDE WITH AN APPROVED RIDING HELMET. 31. Only managers or employees will prepare and clean stalls. Owners do not have the right to add shavings or hay. Ask!!!! 32. Owners will be notified immediately of an emergency with their horse. If Owner and ER contacts cannot be reached, a vet will be called and all charges for that farm call visit and care will be billed to the owner. No exceptions. 33. Horses deemed dangerous will be required to leave. This is at mgmt discretion. 34. No cribbers aloud. 35. 1st and last months board required. 36. Management can require cash at anytime of boarding. 37. Bounce check fee $35.00 38. Late board, $25.00 per day the board is late. There is NO GRACE PERIOD. 39. If it is not yours, do not use it. 40. Checks are to be made payable to Calumet Run 41. Horses that are repeatedly damaging property can be asked to leave. Pasture boarding includes $250.00 Run in shed Clean water Safe fenced in pasture, field, or paddock Fed twice a day. Full care includes $375.00 Same as above plus horses comes in during the night or day depending on the season. Managers or employees will change blanketing, apply fly spray, fly sheets, fly masks for the owner once in the am and once in the pm depending on the weather. | |
